Library Media Center

Welcome to our library page. We believe that with diligence and access to the right tools, everybody can succeed. Our library/media center serves to enrich the educational program at NHRHS.

State-of-the-Art Computer Lab

Students may access our computer lab to write research papers and search our electronic archive. We expect every student to behave appropriately on the school network and require students to sign a computer use contract prior to accessing it. Resources available to computer users include a full text periodical index, Newsbank, and other databases through the PowerSchool Library internet link.

Public Access Television Studio

Our media center also supports a public access television studio, which offers two semester courses to students who wish to investigate this technology. To ensure every student has access to the necessary equipment, we limit enrollment to ten students per semester. We encourage students interested in a career in television to consider independent or work study opportunities in addition to this course. Only students who have successfully completed this course, or who are currently enrolled, may use the television studio which produces our Morning Announcements.
